For Aga, Diva and La Cornue: Botticelli Canteen

Posted in Range Hoods, New Uncategorized  1.17.08

Chris

In our ongoing efforts to design a palette of colors to complement every major appliance company, we have created this dark green theme in matte that beautifully complements the pistachio colors offered by Aga and La Cornue for their respective ranges.

Our canteen color, a heavy muted green that suggests summer woodland shade, tonally complements the Light Sage, Pistachio, or Rush Green of the Aga Classic series, the La Cornue Chateau series, or the Diva de Provence Residential and Commercial series.

With a finish of light metallic tones and semi-gloss clear of Light Coppers, this superb introduction is an excellent companion for such cherished range choices.

This is only one fine example of what we can do with creative patterning…

Our Cézanne frame was covered with a handmade skin of in-house design, creating this uniquely curvy shape. It was then bathed in heavy cream and washed in gentle layers of golds to create a luxurious, almost decadent feel.

Botticelli hood with Elegance pattern to match Aga range

This graceful Botticelli hood is treated with a rich and gentle Silver Plum, a tonal equivalent for the aubergine color of Aga ranges. For its finish, we brushed it pale silvers to accentuate the delicate patterns and highlight its fine features.

Our Hanging Gardens Pattern…

Chris

With this range hood, we are introducing a new pattern we believe will prove popular. This pattern, which we call “Hanging Gardens” after the ancient wonder, is taken most directly from a metal ceiling pattern developed in the 1920s by a small manufacturer in Ontario. Originally used in metal friezes and massive coved ceilings, this pattern incorporates chains of pearls slung in between floral poppies and roses, framed by a straight fence motif.
